Skilled Workforce Educator (Business Management) Job at King's ...

IMMEDIATE START! We are seeking to employ a contract Business Management Trainer and Assessor with a passion for training and commerce. In this position you will develop and support both new and existing partnerships within industry; you will work closely with industry partners to determine their key workforce planning and development areas, then offer training solutions to overcome skill shortages and to lift their workforce productivity. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • The relevant qualifications
  • A desire to pass on your knowledge and passion to learners
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • The ability to be flexible
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent

In your role you will ensure our training delivers the quality training outcomes required to meet the needs of our industry partners. This will be achieved through a range of alternative competency based progression training models which will allow the opportunity for both new and existing workers to be recognised for their skills sooner, and therefore contributing to workforce productivity earlier.
