Reports to: Vice President, People Development
Compensation: $175,000 to $200,000 plus. bonus

The Role:
Primary Purpose: The position of Senior Director of People Development will serve as a key member of the Company?s People Development Team, playing a significant role in the execution of talent management strategies including building organizational development capabilities in the areas of process improvement, change management initiatives, team and individual development as well as management development. This successful candidate will have 10-15 years experience as a learning and development professional with a strong skill set and track record in managing and developing others. The Senior Director of People Development will contribute through learning and people development initiatives to the evolution of the company culture which is deeply rooted in quality, client satisfaction, integrity, innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and oversee the ongoing Organizational Development Capabilities which focus on: Process Improvement Efforts, Change Management Initiatives, Team Development and Organizational Design Create and deliver key strategic People Development initiatives specifically the companywide onboarding activities, and management development curriculum Serve as a facilitator supporting the People Development curricula and initiatives. Facilitation will represent approximately 25 % of the job responsibilities Partner with the Human Resources Generalists to support internal client group needs in a collaborative and effective way Establish mutually beneficial vendor management approach to ensure high return on investment Manage two direct reports and provide them the support and individual development Join forces with fellow team members to insure alignment with People Development initiatives. Support each other in order to achieve team goals Capture and communicate Talent Management initiatives, goals and metrics to appropriate and targeted audiences Model behavior that is consistent with the Company?s values
